1. Scientification of cutting parameters
Characteristics: Cutting parameters (S, F) are not randomly filled in based on experience, but are scientifically selected based on tool manufacturer recommendations, material properties, machine tool rigidity, and processing requirements.

Rough machining: large cutting depth, large feed rate, low speed, with efficiency as the main focus.
Precision machining: small cutting depth, small feed rate, high speed, with precision and surface quality as the main focus.
Consider chip breakage and avoid entanglement.
2. Path optimization
Features: The tool path is not only correct, but also optimal to reduce idle travel, improve efficiency, and ensure quality.

Reduce empty tools: Reasonably arrange tool paths to minimize non cutting movement time.
Constant cutting speed control (G96): When machining variable diameter surfaces, using G96 can ensure consistent surface quality and protect the tool tip.
Cut in and cut out optimization: During precision machining, use tangent or arc cutting to cut in/out the workpiece, avoiding leaving tool marks on the surface.
3. Blade vibration and control
Characteristic: Consider how to avoid possible vibrations during processing during the programming stage.

For slender shaft parts, arrange the cutting direction reasonably or use "reverse cutting" to counteract cutting forces.
Avoid performing large cutting operations in the direction with the lowest rigidity of the workpiece.
Reasonably choose the rotational speed and avoid the natural frequencies of the machine tool and workpiece.
